Peregrine Academic Services offers a Client Admin Site to its client institutions whereby the client schools are granted full access capabilities to their student data and results, 24/7, at no additional cost. The detailed reports, that address all key stakeholder needs, are available through our Client Admin site where the client school’s program coordinators, faculty, and accreditation and assessment professionals are able to generate all summative and comparative reports, review individual student results, view student completion certificates, edit student registration information, and download the aggregate pool summaries with the list of schools that are included in the aggregate.
We have a full team of Client Services Managers who are ready to assist client institutions with generating reports and to provide training on how to use the Client Admin and Education Sites. While our Client Services team is always available to answer questions and help clients to retrieve and interpret data, the added convenience of having immediate access to results, at any hour of the day, can be of immense value to program directors as they prepare their programmatic evaluation or self-study documents for accreditation. Depending on the data and the report, the output can be produced in a PDF, XLS, or HTML format.
The Client Admin site for Peregrine Academic Services is designed to help program administrators make the best use of their data, so they can make fully informed decisions about curriculum or course content changes and program learning objectives. We at Peregrine believe that the client institutions own all of their data and should not be charged extra for an ability to access their own data.
